I was considering on reading the book and checked wiki page to see how many spouses he have. Then I made a decision not to read this book
150 chapter in this novel has barely anything to do about talismans if you guys find that a reason to read and sometimes it also doesn't make sense like how he makes no cultivation progress in 1.5 years even with as much resources he needs after taking only like a year to reach his current cultivation I feel like bad logic like that will be throughout the novel. The characters are also branded which makes this a boring unsatisfying read.Im still a s*ck*r for old cliche cultivation novels tho cause of the nostalgic feeling so I'll try getting through this since it's completed with less than 3000 chaps Rating is not unjustified gl fellow readers.

I just completed reading, and... it was a bumpy ride. The most annoying thing of all has to be that the author simply suffers of amnesia, either that or the translator writes whatever he wants — but that's probably not the case since even the translator leaves some notes correcting the author in some chapters. Way too many plot holes. Aside from that, the novel suffers from the "unreasonable syndrome" problem. Let's just say that if there's 100 characters, then 99 are straight up imbeciles that think with their butts. Character development is very poor, and that's mainly because of the author's amnesia — he even forgets the name of one of the wives at the end and changes it, can't be more laughable than that. Also, forget the tag "romance", because as I said above, the author just forgets about the characters and they appear once every 1k chapters for 2 lines of dialogue. The MC is alright I guess, he could be considered what sort of saves this novel from being garbage... Shrug

I've read 200+ chapters so far I'd say it's worth reading, I am a fast pace reader I like action constantly so this does not work that well for me but it still works. P.S: the kinda fast action I am talking about is for the arc to not be spent so much on one enemy and the repeated fucking ignorant insolent "young fucking masters" that every fucking novel milks to the point where I know every word they could come up with.
