Mad Snail was also the one who wrote Star Martial God Technique. But this story turned bad after like manhua chapter 436 in my opinion.

Mad snail is genius when it come to make system, lore, relationships in his novel, but that mf just have to be lazy af and never finished his story

    • TruthfulReader 8

Nothing to do with laziness. From what I know his contract was utter garbage and he was in a dispute with them. In the end, he decided to just focus on hte manhwa instead of story

As a manhua reader, I can tell you that the current story isn’t bad. Only 2 or 3 more Arc’s came out after the novel ended.

so the MC is a regressor in love with his dead ex who is now child. He tries to get her to love him even though there's a huge gap in mental age. This also makes him a groomer...

In most iskekai’s people who get reincarnated in another world after dying retain their memories. The same stands for most regressor novels, they also retain their memories after regression. If this novel isn’t your cup of tea, then you wouldn’t like the MC’s from the following novels: Vikir Van Baskerville from Revenge of the Iron-Blooded Sword Hound, Arthur Leywin’s from The Beginning After The End , Rudeus Greyrat from Mushoku Tensei, Lith Verhen from the Supreme Magus etc.

You are exactly right which really really sucks because their magic systems are so intriguing its truly heartbreaking that such good world-building is ruined by unethical decisions

      • Shadow_Of_The_Abyss 7

It isn't unethical decision though it's them just living their life, they f*ck*ng died and reincarnated or transmigrated starting their lives over again they have every right to enjoy from the beginning to the end it doesn't matter if they are mentally 50 or 500 love can blouse anytime.

Yes because she's not even the same person he fell in love with she just happens to have a similar background and core personality

Bruh, like hell anyone will do that. Nothing to say other than bullshitting with similar? She still fell for him, he didn't force her. Considering leaving before even trying is nothing but cowardice, Loser.

Yes she fell for him in the previous timeline without being forced or manipulated. In the current timeline he basically manipulates her into loving him again because he knows everything about her. She falls in love with that fact and his overwhelming talents. Also name calling? Seriously are you 13 year old? If so maybe you should be reading other media.

Brother read the title. It’s called Tales of Demons and God’s. While you are at it, read the summary as well, before you ask what the story is about.

It’s not finished, but the manhwa is continuing from where this novel ended. So I recommend to read the manhua instead.

Chapter 461.5 from the Manhua corresponds to Chapter 496: Locking On Spacetime from the Light Novel. Hope that helps.

There will be an end to this. Just read the manhua. It has surpassed the novel at the beginning of this year 2024.

Your hope hasn’t been wasted. Chapter 461.5 from the Manhua corresponds to Chapter 496: Locking On Spacetime from the Light Novel. The story still continues so you can continue the story from there.

This WAS a good novel... for many of us, it was our first cultivation novel that got us hooked into the genre in the first place. However the author lost interest, started other projects, and the both the quality and release rate dropped significantly, until finally it just completely stopped. Now the novel is on an indefinite hiatus. For that reason alone, I don't recomend reading it.

true it was a good story of its own when there was monthly release of chapters I excitedly binge read it. but when the creator has stopped developing one of his best novels I became disappointed, sadly you can still read it but lower your expectations and treat it as passing time.

dang I saw a comment on some manga site saying how this manhua/novel was dropped. I was curious so I came here to check out the novel's page. I guess its true. No point in reading something dropped, I'm curious if the manhua team will continue the story themselves.

I came back to check the status actually. It was my first manhwa but read novel too after.

      • MonkeyDRuffy 2

There is no point in checking the status of this novel as the author dropped it in favour of the manhua, which already surpassed this novel story wise. In fact, if you want to know what happens after the latest chapter on this site, just read the manhua.

Well, it’s a Chinese novel. So it isn’t really a surprise that it would be animated as a Chinese anime (donghua). Honestly, the only good Donghua’ I know is The Daily Life Of The Immortal King. Do you know any other good donghua’s with quality animation?

      Reply
      • King_Of_Noobs 6

There's [A will Eternal]. The animation is actually nice but the story is mid-*ss. I didn't like how a lot of the plot was approached. The reason why the donghua is like that is because the models save a lot on money. Typical right?

        Reply
      • MonkeyDRuffy 2

So true. That’s the reason why few people have even heard of donghua, while many people could tell you what an anime is due to its popularity.
