Summary

If you can reincarnate or transmigrate into a cultivation novel world and you have a choice, would you be a protagonist, an antagonist, a side character, or a mob character?

And what would you do if you are aware that you’re a character in a cultivation novel?

Mao Miaomiao, a 60-year-old retired professional MMA fighter got transmigrated into a mysterious cultivation world with modern technologies. He found himself in his youthful body, and he got a system as a bonus.

Cliche, right?

  • [You have received new quests]

  • [Kill a reincarnated protagonist.]
  • [Kill a transmigrated protagonist.]
  • [Kill a regressed protagonist.]
  • [Kill a time-traveled protagonist.]
  • [Kill a resurrected protagonist.]
  • [Failure Penalty: Death.]
From a mob character to a villain mob, from a villain mob to a villain boss, from a villain boss to a secret character, the system forced Mao Miaomiao to evolve… and hunt every protagonist in this world.

the system element & world building is good. The humor SUCKS!!! Only my opinion but: the "funny" interactions with the system and it´s sponsor become lame and too spammed, all this humor is cringe and makes the hole thing less serious which I don´t like. The story just WANTS to be funny which makes it cringe. Also why is the system always so restrictive? Why give him a cheat and then restrict him so much. Just not my type of humor BUT action was good, leveling and the mc getting stronger, the waifu (R-18) stuff is also great .

Easily one of the most underrated novels, it's a shame people get bored to quick. In the later chapters the stuff that people wonder about is mostly fixed and explained. The viewpoint and there being multiple protagonist is unique, and it has really really REALLY good comedy and references. Yes, the MC fails a lot and is manipulated often, but what is an MC without trials? If you plan to read the novel and you're looking for a ridiculously OP MMC from the start, then this is prob not for you. (N.O but if you don'tlike it go read your generic Cultivation OP PROTAGONIST NOVELS!)

Is this novel dropped ? I don't feel that chapter 763 is how this was supposed to end. If it does end after 763 then what a waste

It's "completed" by the author aka he got bored and dropped it. Not rare with this author, he just dropped another novel to a start a new one not long ago.

I was enjoying this, but increasingly it was shown that the MC can't control anything and it became stale really quickly. In the beginning the 'system' he has just heavily weights choices, after a certain point it is forcing quests on him and failure means death. Eventually it's selecting options and things against his will that could threaten him immensely. What's the point.

Review after 250 chapters: The MC has 0 agency over the story, and doesn't change the major flow at all. He's always reactive, and never proactive in any situation. You'd think that once he becomes stronger, he can have some freedom and leverage over the grand scheme of things, but NO. It still feels like MC only moves or does anything as the situation or the system forces it. Don't get me started with how BS the whole concept of "fate" and "luck" is in this novel. Protagonists get so much plot armor, that it breaks all logic. MC is insanely unlucky, and always gets in trouble, even if he just wants peace. MC is nothing more than a stupid tool at this point. The system threatens him with death for every bigger quest, so he has to do whatever is asked of him. Plot armor works against him most of the time, and just prolongs the story arcs for no good reason. He doesn't even act like a proper villain. Rating: 3 / 5 Meh, read if you're bored to death. Insanely frustrating novel.
