    Hello ^^ Im starting that novel im only at chapter 18. So the novel is fine but not mindblowing like ri (i love the pewer systeme a lot on ri) so im curious for you at what chapter this novel make boom and blow your mind like it become very good from just good (im not sure if that understandable sorry for my english)

      The further you read the better it gets. The schemes in this novel are insane and the comedy is top notch too. Better comedy than RI imo

    the story is very well written. plot/story wise volume 1 moipm was better than volume 1 RI, it was also longer but it didn't feel bland at any point. the main character's personality is slowly decoded piece by piece, he's a very complex character. if you find issues with his personality or character then have some patience, everything will be revealed in time & in a proper manner. also author definitely improved in conveying emotion, side characters are very important to the point every important side character gets his own background, story, dreams, aspirations etc. volume 1 ending was mind-blowing. if you're familiar with RI, you already know author takes his time to build up momentum and ends the volume with a goated conclusion. vol 1 followed this trend and its likely the rest of the novel follow this behaviour. final rating for volume 1 is 9.5/10. i've also read 140 chs in volume 2 but imo its not as good as volume 1

    Amazing novel but a 7/10 translation at best. Read it elsewhere and found this translation literally skips paragraphs in certain chapters, has inconsistent naming, and just strips away all the poetic intent that we expect from Gu Zhen Ren. Please use the chapters from novtales instead as I would rather read here but with better translators.

    can someone compare this to top 10 novels ? 1. Shadow slave 2. Lord of the mysteries 3. Reverend insanity 4. The beginning after the end 5. Advent of the three calamities just rate it unbiased please whether is a good/great/peak novel

      You can't really rate a novel completely unbiased, because everyone has their own preferences but I'd say Shadow Slave, Lotm, and Reverend Insanity are peak, Advent of Three Calamities is Great (enjoyable enough to be peak for me), and Tbate volumes 1-6 are ok/good, 7 is great, 8-10 is peak in terms of enjoyability but not on the same level writing wise when compared to the first three, I also haven't finished eleven yet.

        cuttlefish wrote lotm then wrote Circle of inevitability which wasn’t well received. - Reverend insanity is my favorite novel, but this obviously isn’t RI and just cause it’s the same author doesn’t mean it’s going to be peak. Infinite blood core wasn’t peak - So i’m asking, can anyone objectively tell me

        Hey how much of the bloodcore Infinite did you read? Like except the 1st volume where the story gets kinda boring all the others arcs were great and even the twist at then end of the volume 1 is something that you will never see it coming, like even if I tell you that there gonna be a twist at the end you still wouldn't be able to see it coming. You might argue that the twist was random but the clues and foreshadowing was always there. Bro i have read till 969 and it might not be in the lost to top 3 but it can fight for top 5 and is definitely a top 10

        Though I haven’t read this, if you’re looking for a novel comparable to those 5, I’d say read Regressor’s Tale of Cultivation. I’d easily put it at Top 5 or 3
