Magic's Return: I Can See The Spirits

this story starts out quite different than you'd expect an isekai to start, the mc isn't a s*ssy or an over powered mary su from the start and he has to learn and put in some effort as well as deal with the fall out of the past actions taken by his previous bodies host all and all its a pretty good story with an mc who more on the evil side than the usually goody good hero side of things

As much as I love the story line and characters, I had to remove stars due to the MCs lack of critical thinking…and excessive flirting taking away from the plot line. It feels like half the chapters now are him trying to cuddle

One of the only novels that made me laugh. 😏. Other than that it is average in every other way and in my opinion the best parts aren't the fights but the verbal battles. The fact that in a argument both sides make perfect sense and most of the time the MC wins is vary satisfying.

Started out good but the MCs personality is violent, doesn't think. World building is good but not detailed enough. The romance part was what I liked most about it but the plot is plain stupid

So far so good. This one is really my cup of tea. The character and world building is nice. I hope the quality is maintained and more chapters are released.

I love this book. I write this review as I am about to reread it. The MC is a bit dense, yes, so if you are one of those people who hates that with a passion then don’t read. In most aspects it’s a decent story (don’t be put off by the fact that the author is also currently writing a sm*t, this one isn’t), but I really like the no harem romance that this novel has. If you want to read this, do it more for the romance.

the plot is 50/50 but with the story not absolutely s*ck*r punching you with the romance. I would say it's worth the time. the main problem that I have with it is the lack of back round and when you get the background information it is shotgun blasted in your face.

A surprisingly good read. The setting is intriguing and the author makes a good job to depict a rich World along with it's history. MC is scheming and ruthless at the beginning but have a real personality development as the story goes. The sole female lead is precious and bring a breaty of fresh air with it's interactions with MC. I've seen some review criticize how the background of the MC makes it impossible for others to schemes against him but I think they missed the point that he still has to play by the sales rules as others and by no mean is he safe from losing his privileges. Overall a good story that deserve to be given a chance.

Definitely a novel worth reading, it needs more chapters but unfortunately it is not updated quickly. 260 chapters are seriously insufficient. Anyway, as I said, the novel is very good. I have been looking for a novel like this for a long time, a novel that includes war and romance at the same time. And as a plus there is no harem inside. Vaan is wild and funny, especially the poisonous words and curses he says add a nice atmosphere, but it would be nice if he looks a little more like a real ruler in the future. and his fiancée. . . I really liked Elara's character, even though she is quite timid and shy, she develops further in the following chapters, especially the craziness she shows when she drinks is really satisfying. I hope we see more craziness in the future. And another thing I want to say is seriously how is this novel at rank 112? It should definitely be higher.

Fun read but Not that good compare to those quality novel we have here. I enjoyed it even though the cliche are repetitive in some ways but overall it's just not it.
