A Returner’s Magic Should Be Special (WN)

Solid novel all around except for a few small blemishes which can easily be overlooked, hence the 5 star rating. Truth be told I would give it an 8. 5-9/10 but it’s close to perfect so take all 5 of my stars!🌟 I started this novel years ago and randomly found it back and I’m glad I did. The translation was a bit rough in the beginning but it gets massively improved after a short while so do stick with it. I highly recommend it and I hope you have as much as I did reading it.

I finished the series and the first thing I want to say is that it was adapted very well into the manhwa, the last 3 episodes were completely different and the plot twists, the development of Desire, the sad deaths made me more attached to this series than ever before.

I think this novel is good but not as good as it could be. Author just threw away the shadow labyrinth plot after hyping it up for like 100 chapters I was clearly disappointed. The story at some point was just constant war and battles that annoyed me greatly, because there was almost no break in between. The characters (beside Desir Arman) feel too shallow, because the author only focused on battles and fights and not on relationships between other characters. Next thing is the romance that got rushed at the ending but was nowhere to be seen in the first 300 chapters. He could have developed the romance at least but no. In conclusion I think the whole story is rushed and not enough fleshed out it could have been a really great novel if the author just spent more on it. If he actually focused more on the characters and the emotional part of the story and made the shadow labyrinth this novel would have way more chapters and a better ending. In comparison to other novels it just lacks the deepness.

dropped it as soon i found manhwa . story started as typical regression story but the concept developed pretty well . now that the anime is here an here to reread.

Starts off as a basic time regression with the mc having a power special to them, however the plot evolves into something unique that makes it a worthwhile read. And it is finished with a satisfying ending.

I fcking love this novel/manhwa. I cant give any less than 5 stars bro😭. This novel have manhwa adaptation just to let you guys know. I cant believe that this novel is ranked 300+ plus

An good find for those interested in fantasy elements. it really understands that changing the past changes the future in huge ways, It's a solid read, with a good story with plot and character development with many twists, This novel is a good mindless read that doesn't require you to think about too much and has good foreshadowing that will keep you engaged.

An excellent find for those interested in fantasy elements. . . it's honestly well done I mean betrayal of all things from the least expected person was not what I expected after the big ol war and priest skelo mask getting done in. If you came for the read and interesting plot you'll want to stick around longer for the revenge arc.

Great book, the plot is fantastic and it really understands that changing the past changes the future in huge ways, which this book does phenomenally. The only downside is there isn't any side stories, after the ending there is one ch where it has been about a year or two bringing the relationship to a closing, just wish there was a little more but all in all its great and i recommend it

Good read. About a man who comes back to past to change the future, he wants to help his friends and wants to save the world. He has the memory from the future… well known elements… anyway nothing special, nothing new, solid read, if you want to read something soft and use your spare time this is good. A little bit boring some chapters because of the description , I think they’re useful to make the story longer, but useless to the story itself
