one of my all time favorites. . just kinda hate how the ending in the main story was kinda rushed but other than that, it's extremely good. Including the alternate ending.

one of the best I have read. . . but the ending kind of should have continued. The End discovery gave an idea of next phase of the story. but don't know if writer is going to continue on that.

To put it simply, turn your brain off and read. You will have a great time. World building is in depth, fights are fun, its great all around. The reason its 4 stars and not 5 stars is because of the two atrocious endings. In both cases, the author seems to have gotten tired of writing and ended it. Highly recommend though, if only for the *ss kicking.

I read this whole novel and the rebooted side stories/sequel which also just ended. Pros: The author does a lot of cool world-building. At the beginning, he also does a good job of making this a real VR MMO story complete with stats and game mechanics if you’re into that kind of thing. He has a great imagination, and he’s really good at starting plot lines that feel really interesting. You will always want to know what happens next. Cons: The author is terrible at finishing up any interesting plot lines that go beyond the specific little arc that is happening at any given time. Also, even after revisiting the novel for a couple of years through the side stories, the story still just kind of ends abruptly at some point. The novel also gets away from the crunchy video-game storytelling after a while and becomes more abstract with the different systems. All you really need to know is that Shi Feng will always be underestimated by everyone (especially men) and then he will always face slap them immediately within a chapter or two despite any perceived shortcomings. He will often do this to impress an ever growing list of women that he will subsequently never make a move on in thousands of chapters. This novel is junk food, and if you’re in the mood for junk food you’ll probably appreciate it. How long you appreciate it for will depend on how many times you like hearing the same story over and over again with minor variations. It turns out my tolerance for repetition is greater than I expected. Also note that this review was made after I read the alternate ending, which ends up being even more formulaic than the original novel.

I liked this novel alot :) As far as flaws go, the author has the tendency to build something up as op only to have it be normalized and then surpassed soon after. He also tends to have people underestimate the mc to set up some face slapping. Even if it isn't a perfect novel, it still managed to keep me entertained for thousands and thousands of chapters. The interesting world that the author builds is definitely worth diving into and enjoying the adventures of our MC!

Ufff, I cant say its bad, but its not great by any means, I held on till chapter 847, I was originally reading it just to pass time, and for that purpose alone, its not half bad BUT The author has some serious issues also, along with the average chinese novel sh*t (the sexist notions of every man but MC being a r*p*st or some kinda creep/disney villain, and every woman in the novel being a big tittied "surprisingly fierce" goddess), the author unironically forgets half the plot, he literally forgot that a character was a cursemancer and just changed her class back and forth cuz he forgot, he constantly retcons MCs strength, its obvious that theres no real calculation or standard that goes into the EXP gains, its just "Oh the MC gained a bajillion XP, hes at *conveninent xp margin, * followed by "mc gained anither 5 XP and leveled up 64 times!" And vice versa" No consistency, All in all, good time waster, extremely un memorable, i actually liked how i could read this without firgetting the last novel i read in the least, cuz its kinda a novels version of brainrot on youtube or empty calories in corn

Second time here! First time was for the original ending. Second time for the Alt ending. Original ending 9/10 Alt ending 7/10 There's not much to say except, 'you should read it'. There's no love interest in this light novel. At least I don't recall any since getting to the completed status has taken many years and it's easy to forget bits of the story. If I can't recall a love interest for our MC then there probably wasn't any, which is fine. This is one of the better/best light novel written where we get to see the MC interact both in the virtual world/game world and real world. There's a healthy does of both. about 75% game world and 25% real world. The best part is that it matters. Each part has an impact on the other. Real tangible impact. Thank you for a great read. It was fun.

A very lovable novel, I remember how epic it was when I had started reading it, too epic. Lots of incredible and exciting moments, although of course, it also has bad things. Mc is a good Mc, there is no romance in the novel, the power levels at the beginning are done in a great way, then I think that consistency was changing, the shape of the world of this novel is magnificent, I love the idea that it is not a simple "game", that is the best. It has quite important problems, like repetition or when descriptions are added that are annoying or useless, they even make it tiring to read it.

Pros: 1- It's Addictive. Once you start reading it, you can't stop. Why? Each minor arc transition to another perfectly like well oiled machine, for example from starting in newbie town->hidden Quest->Dungeons->Exciting loots->Conversion of Loots to another minor arc->Until a Major Arc to City and so on. 2- Power Growth is not absurd, it's well explained through logic and it's not really possible to kill a player of higher tier than yours for 99. 99% of players to the point that Human race wouldn't even have more than 100 players capable of doing it. 3- World building and transition to small world to Larger world to Multiple Worlds is mind boggling. Cons: 1- Always Comparing the power of Attack/Aura/Level/Combat standards By any famous character in a scene and compare it with equipment standards, level difference, combat standards, other minor or major attributes tier/rank difference. This keeps on repeating for every fight, after reading 3000+ chapters, Readers are not dumb to not even understand the difference in power of two sides. One of the Major flaw of this novel, simply making a 4-5 paragraph fight to whole chapter with even Audience reactions How?! Impossible?! Silence, This was also the Major Flaw of 'Supremacy Games', I don't why authors still do this just for the sake of uploading more chapters per day. 2- Another flaw is Rushed Ending of this Novel, character basically reached the highest Tier and then Story ends the next chapter and there are around 7 or 8 maybe more on his Tier and he also gets to know "What is God's Domain". New information is so mind boggling that it should be new stage for our MC with no cheat like Future memory advantage. 3- This Flaw is not a big one but basically everything in story moves around MC Future memory and he has multiple Trump cards saved for every situation and he always 'nearly dies' and 'nearly fails' Quests. Overall: If you start reading it, you can't stop yourself so goodluck, it's worth a Read. 3. 5/5

I’m writing this review after reading the end. I have been following his book since before the greater gods domain, and I am upset to say the least. This book was relatively good, though repetitive at times, I enjoyed it. But this ending was horrible, there are so many plot holes right now, with an example being the chest scar on shi feng. When shi feng made it to tier 7 I thought we might explore these plot holes, but nooo, the author just said f*ck u; it was all a simulation and ended the book, my day is ruined, wouldn't recommend
Most brain dead take I've ever seen.
