Past Life Returner

Oct 23, 2024. Just finished reading. The ending is wonderfully written. It did not break my expectation. I already prepared my heart for a not good ending (typically most webnovels is very good at the beginning but the ending is trash) fortunately this novel is very good all throughout. Congratulations to the author and thank you aswell for giving us this wonderful story. Showing us the ending where Joshua finally find a way to live the moment he saw the baby is so heartwarming.. ( btw i love Joshua more than Seun hu.. So pardon me if im being bias ehe)

a good Story i would recomend it.

I come from the manhua which was a pretty good mix of genre, kind of Chaebol Youngest Grandson meets Return of the Frozen Player. Hopes are up for this one ! 29/04/2024

100chaps in currently: - 3 dungeon dives (The first one was quite reckless and suicidical at ~30 chap for impatient readers) - Interesting business stuff (Pretty detailed, which annoyed many readers) - The storytelling is in first person. - Early love interest? (Not sure) - MC is a gambler. (Actually he cannot do anything about it, that's just how the system is like). He's scared but he holds it in. He thanks his "luck" a lot. My assumption is that the world is ruled by some G*ddess of luck, 99% of the system is reliant on luck, hopes and dreams including attribute assignment. How the story is faring so far? Quite good 8/10. However the story telling itself is 3/10, could've went so much better. One thing you'll see frequently is this "^_^" It brings me nightmares at night.

I have been writing about this novel on-and-off before "The Great LNC-reset" and being a big fan of the build-up all the way throughout most of the story I somehow got stuck due to all the switches from MC to sidecharacter perspectives. The continues switching to boring or non-interstering characters got me up to the point of getting tired from it and just couldn't keep track of another character being introduced and right away having their perspective without having the MC anywhere connected with them until 50 chapters later. In case anyone is reading this that finished it.. let me know if somehow this gets better again and we get 80-100% of the MC perspective back after a certain period/chapters. PS - I am at chapter 225 atm.
