Tbh. . I likes the story. but the translation was quite bad and the thing I found most annoying is the author's way of writing or I should say way of expressing or portraiting situations. the author likes to make things a bit excessively dramatic, which could've been overlooked if he could keep it in moderation or make them blend in with the flow of the story by putting a bit of variation in his way of expressing those situations. but when he doesn't miss a single chance of making things theatrical and keeps ranting about the greatness of the mc in the very same way from the start to the finish. . . it feels very, very unnatural and starts being annoying. also the last 14 or so chapters that's missing. . . those were quite confusing and kinda lame and bland, probably because of the machine translation. . . anyway, these are my personal thoughts. but I think it was more or less a good read excluding some facts.

I read this years ago when I was a kid, one of my fav back then. After re reading it i would say the story have a good concept, nice fanservice and a satisfying read. Dont hope for writing on par with SS or tbate, and youre good to go. The only thing you need to endure is the bad translation ridiculous sound effects

I found it a fun read especially if you like kingdoms building type stories. The only bad thing is they are missing the last 20 chapters on here.

Great Read. Very fun, I liked the mc a lot, he didn't just become talented by regressing but rather "earned" his talent. The problem is that the last 10-20 chapters weren't translated.

It's an action-packed kingdom-building novel that heavily leans on battles and war. Plot was vv interesting with the MC going back in time to redo his choices and lead a better life and a much grander ambition. The story spans out appropriately, and you can easily follow the scenes, and even guess what would happen next easily. It'll feel fast and slow at the same time since he's gaining all the achievements, but he's still within an area where he's not "op" enough. Though he's plenty op tbh, w how fast he's quickly gaining foothold within the kingdom. The novel is also stupidly repetitive with the cause and effect scenes (mainly because of MC knowing the future). Trying to comprehend this novel on a more logical and detailed matter would just p*ss you off since some or mostly all of the "strategies" and the battles are unreal. Realistically speaking, lots of them don't make sense when applied irl. It's more of an eye satisfaction and just bs altogether. If you're not really into it, it'll make more sense, which, in turn, would bring you a lot more joy and less inaudible baffled anger and disappointment. Like I said, him knowing the future is the most OP thing. As it's used as a reason for everything to make it make sense. Also I would like to address the translator's unfitting descriptions for mc's camaraderie w his subordinates (mostly his bsf). To be blunt, the atmosphere becomes cloudy and weird that you can't deny the shipping allegations. Overall, it's def not the best of the genre out there, and you'll probably punch the air if you came from the same genre of a much better novel, BUT it's def not bad too. The only thing I'm so d*mn disappointed is why the hell were the translations dropped when there's only less than 20 chaps left. I couldn't even find the mtl's, and it's a f*ck*ng paid series on the orig site. google translate officially left my options. 7/10, recommended if you follow instructions of no brain analyzing. edit: d*mn, this review is too long

It’s horrible that the translation dropped right at the end

I salute you for making it to the end. Couldn’t have been easy. I managed to get to ch49 and couldn’t stand it anymore. It started off ok, but man did it become a chore to read later on. I don’t have the energy to even leave a review on this, whatever it’s supposed to be. So as a comment I’d rate it 1/5, as the translation is trash, the logic is trash, the drama is trash, and the characters are trash. The only saving grace is the high commander, as he had a tough decision to make and didn’t take the easy one. Of course he’s still an *d**t for listening to the mc, but whatever, small mercies.

Didnt read the whole story yet, I think this is a wholesome novel to read. Go for it ! There may be some flaws due to the grammar but it is easily bearable. At least for me.

The plot seems really good, I like the characters and the ideas. But even as a non english-native I just can‘t stand the horrible writing. It‘s feels like a primary school book. With lots of world repetitions. I would love to read this in a better quality

I don't really read war and strategy centred stories like this but this one really changed that. Everything was explained nicely to the point where it always kept you on your toes
I stayed up past mindnight continuously...definitely a page turner to say the least.
The mc is very vert likable and I felt awestruck myself reading about him. It wasn't just him though...the author made a lot of effort to flesh out the personalities and stories of many other characters. The story is lovable and one of my absolute favourites.
I do wish the ending had been a bit different though...like talking about Roan in the future or the other characters. It would have been a lot more satisfying imo.
Overall I loved it and I'd reread anytime.

This book was so great! I lobed it! I loved watchg the mc grow and i love that hes kind but not in an overbearing annoying overidealistic way. My all tume favorite. (Though o do admit the ending was a bit rushed. Like he just started getting a bunch of powerups at once. Also its kinda sad he didnt end up mastering his water powers.)

This is great, read it! What I thought was an entertaining kingdom building novel turned into a fantasy epic with elves, dark elves, dragons, demons, and gods. Main character is likable, side characters are lashed out and you care about the outcome for each. Can’t wait to see the crazy ending to this saga
suggest stories that are top tier for you obviously except popular ones like RI,SS and LoTM
