Back to the Sixties: Farm, Get Wealthy & Raise the Cubs

It’s a warm and filling story, a nice break from the usual routine of transmigrating face-slapping. And, the FL is fairly well written (strong, but not obnoxious, relatable and not overly dramatic) though the ML has some… weak character development. However, since the main focus is on the FL, it isn’t a dealbreaker.

It's one of the slice of life genre novels that I like. The content of the book is fascinating, its fun and practical, and also its interesting.

If this system allowed for half points, I'd give it a 4. 5. A four seems a bit too low but a five would be too high. This is a solid read, from start to finish it took me about 3 days. I feel a little bittersweet at the ending, but if the author tried to write more chapters it really would be dragging it on. It ended nice and cleanly. Everyone likes a happy ending. The only reason why I didn't give it a full five stars was because it had quite a couple plot holes that were not explained. The ending, really. . . no complaints from my end but I feel a bit sad. This webnovel was quite the journey. From farmers to wealthy property owners. Tldr - Good for a casual read. Not very dramatic, and fairly slice of life.

One of the best stories that I have read in my life, even tho it has some typos or grammar errors in some chapters you can definitely enjoy it. What I like the most is the character development of every single person in this story, it shows how much love and passion the author invest in this.

Finally Finished and all I can say is that it deviates on the plot of the story. I mean, I thought its gonna be all about how Lin Qing He as a transmigrator block and change life of the villains of the orig story. I know it happened but I just didn't expect that the orig story mc and fmc only showed up a couple chapter before the end lmao. Anyway, worth a read! If you're a fan of a SLICE OF LIFE, FARM, BUSINESS BUILDING, and family prosperity kind of thing lmao.

Amazing novel. If you are used to skim reading translations and won't get caught up in grammar this is a 10/10 slice of life absolutely amazing.

Just finished reading. What a great novel this is. 10 out of 10 recommend to read. It's my first time this kind of novel. Start with a doubts, end with me crying my eyes out😆😂.

Solid story with pretty ok translations. People tend to "jolilly laugh" a lot, and names are sometimes mixed up. Still, 4 stars all around. This was a wonderful read, a true slice of life story. Even though three generations were covered, and a lot of it really was just day to day living, I was never bored, not once. I finished this book in about a week or so, cause I just couldn't put it down. Great characterization, so much so that even when there were multiple characters from different branches and families with their kids, it wasn't difficult to keep track of them at all. I wouldn't have minded another 100 chapters with third, as he went a completely different path compared to his 2 older brothers

The author is good at keeping the readers intrested throughout the story. The reality shown in this is accurate, the characters are not perfect yes given their situations. Happy to learn about how it was back then. It is like you are having a journey in time with them. However for me, towards the latter end of the story, it feels a bit lacking and the ending feels too rushed. It suddenly just ended. But overall good read!

Wow! Can I just say that this is probably the BEST Slice of Life novel I have read. Because of this novel, I finally found back my passion fory baking craft. It's not because of the novel having anything to do with baking, y'all but the inspiration to do something while you still can, it gets to me. Kudos to the writer and the translator for putting this work out. I love it and wow, just wow.
